Check If You're Eligible:
- Make sure the EV is 'Active' on your Uber account.
- Complete at least 150 trips in your EV over the past 8 weeks.
- Confirm that you have EV Assistance to use.
Submit Your Application by September 30 2025:
- Submit the EV ClaimBack application form just once. After submission, Uber will verify your eligibility each month.
Understand the Payment Process:
- For EV Owners: If the EV is registered under your name (check your V5C logbook), you'll receive the EV Assistance amount in full.
- Payments are generally issued by the 10th of each month. If you apply after the 1st, your payment will process in the next month.
Keep An Active Status:
- Uber checks eligibility monthly. Keep your EV active and maintain the required trip count to continue receiving payments.
