Drivers in Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs and Inland Empire need to be age 25 or older to rent a vehicle to drive with Uber.
Drivers currently in a rental vehicle from one of our partners and under 25 years of age can continue in their existing rental. Once they return their rental, they will no longer be able to rent a vehicle to drive with Uber until they are 25 years of age.
