- Use TrueCar for Drivers on Uber (at https://uber.truecar.com/) to receive an offer on a battery electric vehicle (an “Eligible Vehicle of Interest”) from a TrueCar Certified Dealer and subsequently purchase an Eligible Vehicle of Interest from that dealer within 90 days of receiving the offer and between April 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (the “Eligible Purchase”),
- The driver must report the Eligible Purchase to TrueCar within 45 days of purchase at https://uber.truecar.com/report-purchase/, and
- The driver must register the Eligible Purchase by adding vehicle details to their Driver Profile and completing 100 trips with the Eligible Purchase within 45 days of purchase. Driver cancelled trips do not count as completed trips.
- Receive $1,000 on top of your Uber earnings within 30 days.

**TRUECAR / UBER 2025 EV PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to be eligible to receive the $1,000 (the “Driver Incentive”) from the TrueCar / Uber 2025 EV Promotion (“EV Promotion”), drivers must:
- Use TrueCar for Drivers on Uber (at https://uber.truecar.com/) to receive an offer on a battery electric vehicle (an “Eligible Vehicle of Interest”) from a TrueCar Certified Dealer and subsequently purchase an Eligible Vehicle of Interest from that dealer within 90 days of receiving the offer and between April 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (the “Eligible Purchase”),
- The driver must report the Eligible Purchase to TrueCar within 45 days of purchase at https://uber.truecar.com/report-purchase/, and
- The driver must register the Eligible Purchase by adding vehicle details to their Driver Profile and completing 100 trips with the Eligible Purchase within 45 days of purchase. Driver cancelled trips do not count as completed trips.
This TrueCar / Uber 2025 EV Promotion is only redeemable one-time and is available for a limited time and while supplies last. To be eligible to receive the Driver Incentive, driver must not have received a driver incentive from any previous promotion. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles are not eligible.
The Driver Incentive will be electronically transferred to the driver’s registered Uber account within 30 days of the driver completing all the requirements of this EV Promotion as set forth in these terms and conditions. Incentives awarded on the Uber platform are taxable income to the recipient and subject to 1099-NEC reporting. The EV Promotion is administered by Uber, and Uber reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments in the event of error, suspected fraud, illegality, or violation of driver terms or these terms. The EV Promotion is subject to change or withdrawal at any time and without notice. TrueCar operates the TrueCar Auto Buying Program and Uber is not responsible for the products or services offered by third parties on the TrueCar Auto Buying Program, including the financial terms of offers received from Certified Dealers.

¹ Offer available only to Uber Pro drivers with Diamond status who are signed up to drive in Bakersfield, Boston, Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Fresno, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Modesto, New York City, Orange County, Palm Springs, Rockies, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Western Massachusetts, Worcester. Eligible drivers must first apply to the incentive program using this survey prior to switching to or adding a qualifying EV to their profile in order to qualify. Uber will confirm your eligibility within three weeks via email. Drivers must meet all eligibility requirements to qualify for the incentive and the incentive is first-come first-served for 2,500 drivers. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you must switch to or add an EV within one month and then complete 100 qualifying trips with Uber by April 30th, 2026 to earn this one-time $4,000 incentive. Only personally owned or leased EVs added to the driver profile for the first time after eligibility confirmation will qualify. Rental EVs do not qualify. Trips will begin counting shortly after your first qualifying EV trip upon confirmed enrollment in the incentive program (more information will be provided in your confirmation email). In rare cases, due to a short lag in enrollment verification, you may need to complete slightly more than 100 total trips to satisfy the requirement. Drivers who already have or have ever had an EV on their driver profile are not eligible. The 100 trips must be completed in a battery electric vehicle (BEV) or fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV)—hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles are not eligible. This incentive is only redeemable one-time. Only rideshare trips completed on the Uber platform qualify. Uber Eats, Uber Connect, and other delivery trips are not eligible. Canceled rides do not count. Incentive payments will be added to a driver’s account upon completion of the criteria. Payments are typically processed within 15 days but may take longer in some cases. Once funds are exhausted, no additional incentives will be paid, even if a driver meets the program criteria. Uber reserves the right to (1) withhold or deduct payments in the event of errors, suspected fraud, illegality, or violation of driver terms or these terms, (2) change the trip requirements, incentive payouts, or other program details at any time and without notice, and (3) disqualify a vehicle or driver at any time that does not meet the eligibility requirements. Offer is limited time only, while supplies last, and subject to change in Uber’s sole discretion.
