To get a car with this offer, you must have been approved to drive with Uber and be either 21 or 25 years of age, depending on the rental terms set forth by the rental companies. Prices are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and without notice, and may depend on the region or city in which you are located. Several factors may determine the base price of a rental, including the duration of the rental, the car make and model, how far in advance the rental is booked, the time and day of the rental, and it's home location. Please visit the rental company’s website for a full description of the terms and conditions applicable to your rental, including whether taxes, gas, and other applicable fees are included or excluded. Uber is not responsible for the products or services offered by other companies, or for the terms and conditions (including financial terms) under which those products and services are offered. Drivers renting with a rental partner may qualify for trip surge areas and Uber promotions specific to that rental partner, but except as specified in the Driver app, may not qualify to participate in other promotional offers.

*To qualify for the $285/week rate (excluding taxes and fees), drivers will need to meet the following requirements:

1. You must be currently on-rent with Hertz.
2. You must have driven 7 or more consecutive weeks on-rent, either completing 7 weeks on the current Rental Agreement or completing 7 weeks across multiple consecutive Rental Agreements as long as there are no gaps in-between them.
3. You must be up-to-date on all payments
4. You must be driving an average of 30+ trips per week over the 7 week period, across either a single Rental Agreement or multiple Rental Agreements as long as there is not a gap of 24 hours or more between them.
5. You must be up-to-date on all maintenance requests, and the car has never been damaged or in an accident (with the exception of glass and/or tire damage), PIN’d, or in the process of repossession.
6. Stay within the limits of Hertz's mileage conditions.
7. Meet Hertz and Uber’s standard qualifications, the Hertz Rental terms and conditions.

Hertz defines their mileage conditions such that for each week, if you drive:

• 30 trips you do not exceed 1,200 miles.
• 50 trips you do not exceed 2,000 miles.
• 100 trips you do not exceed 4,000 miles.

¹ The Zero Emissions incentive is available every 30 days to eligible drivers in the U.S. for a limited time. The last day for a driver to be eligible to participate in the incentive is April 1, 2025 at 10am PT. Offer only available to eligible rideshare drivers who provide zero-emission rides and otherwise meet the incentive criteria during their 30-day incentive period(s). Fleets and Fleet Drivers are eligible until January 6, 2025 at 10am PT, but are not eligible from 10am PT January 6, 2025 to 10am PT April 1, 2025. A Fleet is defined as a vehicle supplier that manages 1 or more vehicles and acts as a payee for 1 or more drivers for trips completed on the Uber platform. A Fleet Driver is defined as a driver who utilizes a vehicle provided by a Fleet to complete trips on the Uber platform. Only battery electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles are eligible. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles are not eligible. Uber Eats, Uber Connect, and other delivery trips are not eligible. Canceled rides do not count. Drivers who complete at least 200 EV rides in a 30-day incentive period will receive the $210 incentive; drivers who complete less than 200 EV rides in an incentive period will not receive the $210 incentive. Drivers can earn a maximum of $210 per 30-day period. 30 day incentive periods will be unique to each eligible driver. In cases where the vehicle information provided to Uber is not sufficient for determining whether the vehicle is an EV, the vehicle will not be eligible to receive the incentive. Drivers should become eligible for the incentive within approximately 24 hours of when they take their first trip in a zero-emission vehicle, though sometimes longer. Incentive payments will be added to a driver’s account after completing the incentive criteria. Uber reserves the right to (1) withhold or deduct payments in the event of error, suspected fraud, illegality, or violation of driver terms or these terms, (2) change the trip requirements, incentive payouts, or other offer details at any time and without notice, and (3) disqualify a vehicle at any time that does not meet the eligibility requirements.
